The mission of the POLIP Association is to enable the widest possible audience to become active and conscious participants in public life. Our events provide opportunities to meet leading politicians and to dive deep into relevant topics through discussions and workshops. We place a strong emphasis on developing a culture of debate, encouraging critical thinking, and promoting constructive dialogue, so that the future generation is equipped to argue effectively, form well-rounded opinions, and actively participate in community decisions while respecting the viewpoints of others. Our goal is to allow everyone to understand the diversity and inner workings of domestic politics.

Why is your support important?

What do we use the donations for?
For the POLIP Association, it is of utmost importance to use all incoming donations responsibly and in alignment with our mission. The donations serve the following purposes:

- Community organizing and engaging future generations: Guided by the goals outlined in our association’s statutes, we work to ensure that more and more young people become active participants in public life and social dialogue.
- Developing and expanding our event portfolio: In addition to further developing our existing programs, we strive to launch new, even more interactive and exciting events.
- Broadening our educational activities: We offer educational and skill-development programs that help young people navigate political and social issues.
- Expanding our national presence: Our goal is to regularly organize events not only in Budapest but also in other major cities, creating opportunities for as many young people as possible to participate.
What do we offer to our regular supporters?
As a regular supporter, you become a member of the POLIP Circle, allowing you to attend our exclusive, private events and interactive programs, where you can get closer to exciting civic issues and public figures in an informal setting.
Who can support us?
The POLIP Association can be supported by individuals, corporations, and other legal entities. Supporting the association complies with the laws in force in Hungary, particularly the provisions of Act CLXXV of 2011 on the Right of Association, Non-profit Status, and the Operation and Support of Civil Organizations, as well as related legislation.
Transparency and Reporting Accountability
The POLIP Association pledges to prepare an annual financial report on the utilization of all donations, which will be made publicly available.
In compliance with legal regulations, for donations exceeding 500,000 HUF, the supporter’s name and the amount will be publicly disclosed in our annual report, in accordance with the provisions of Act CLXXV of 2011 (on the operation and support of civil organizations).
